Avison Young, a commercial real-estate-services firm based in Canada, announced last week that it has acquired PSB Realty Advisors in Columbus and opened an office there.
Scott Pickett, formerly president and principal owner of PSB Realty Advisors, has been named a principal of Avison Young and managing director of the Columbus office, 88 E. Broad St., Suite 1740.
The Columbus office is Young’s 39th outside of Canada.
Over the past five years, Avison Young has grown from 11 to 54 offices in 43 markets and from 300 to more than 1,500 real-estate professionals across Canada and the United States, the company said in a statement.
